Everywhere you look, this space just breathes life. The curated record player setup awaits (with optional Bluetooth connection), and the Danner keyboard makes for some magnificent memories for all of our musically talented travelers.

This space is the perfect blend of soulful and moody - shades of pink create a playful space juxtaposed by saturated primary blues. Blackouts, 65" TV, and ceiling fan tie it all together for another perfect sleeping space.

Bedroom number 1 at the front of the home is spacious and features a King bed, palm, shades of chartreuse and the best orange chair of all time. Not to mention a 65" TV, standard in all of our bedrooms.

A 65" TV adorns one corner for comfy unwinding after a day full of work or play in the 901. Designer touches adorn this soulful modern escape.

Elvis, Three 6 Mafia, and Isaac Hayes - what else do you need? Classic light fixtures blend with new designs seamlessly to create a timeless space - including a massive circular CB2 dining table ready for those late-night card games.
Views from the kitchen and dining into the living room are exquisite as well. Original hardwood floors masterfully refinished make the perfect foundation for spaces with pink ceilings of varying tones.

There's nothing like a bright, joyful kitchen, which you'll find here with full gas cooking, an amazing coffee setup, and abundant natural light.
We serve local favorite and Sprudgie award winner Cxffeeblack as our house coffee across all of our spaces and we can't wait for you to start your day off right with a delicious cup of joe, Memphis style.

Cute back stoop that lands on a concrete patio. This space opens up to the shaded and fully fenced backyard.
Nothing like a perfect saucer swing in the shade of a big tree.
One last joyful bedroom - the middle bedroom again features a king bed, premium mattress, blackout curtains, 65" TV, ceiling fan, and an excellent sit-stand desk with perfect desk chair. You can rest all night, and work all day from this space!

This bright 3 bedroom home has a completely updated kitchen and vibrant bathrooms with historic preservation and architectural design as its heartbeat. Nestled in the historic Cooper Young neighborhood w/ an amazing front porch, we're the ideal space for a family, a group in town to work, or an individual on the move. 65" TV's throughout, fully fenced backyard w/ swing, high design & soulful. Immaculate vibes!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 10 days away at time of booking.
