Why groups pick Cooper Young
Our listings call Cooper Young "the city's most vibrant and lively neighborhood" and say it's full of charming shops, small craft restaurants and artful boutiques: "walkability defined." Several of our homes are a short walk from the neighborhood's core. Cooper Young 1901, for example, is less than a 5-minute walk away. For a group, that means fewer cars and easy dinners, and everyone can head out for coffee on their own schedule.

For 10 to 18 guests: New Architectural Dream
New Architectural Dream is our biggest Cooper Young stay. It's two side-by-side, 4-bedroom new-build townhomes designed by the architect BRG3S, booked together as one stay. You get 8 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, 4 primary en-suites, and an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area in each townhome. There's a string-lit rooftop deck with skyline views and two 2-car garages. It sleeps up to 18.
It's built for adult groups: the listing is marked not suitable for children or infants. Pets are welcome, and the primary renter must be 21 or older.
For 8 or 9 guests: the BRG3S townhomes
Cooper Young Modern Jazz and Light-Filled Architect-Designed are 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath new-build townhomes by BRG3S. Each sleeps up to 9, with three king bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with a queen and a twin. Both have en suites, tall ceilings with a wall of south-facing windows, a string-lit rooftop deck and secure garage parking for two cars. Both also come with locally roasted coffee from CXFFEEBLACK.
A few differences to know:
- Cooper Young Modern Jazz requires the primary renter to be 25 or older, and its listing notes stairs.
- Light-Filled Architect-Designed requires the primary renter to be 21 or older and has grill utensils on the amenity list.
- Both welcome children and pets.
For families and smaller groups
Cooper Young 1901 is a renovated historic bungalow on a quiet street with gardens, less than a 5-minute walk to the core of Cooper Young. It has 3 bedrooms (king, queen and a bunk room), 2 baths and a primary en-suite, and it sleeps up to 7. Out back there's a fenced yard with a string-lit two-tier deck, a fire pit and a kids' playhouse made from a converted chicken coop. Up front are a southern-style porch with a swing and off-street parking.
Design! Sunny + Soulful Modern in Cooper Young is a light-filled 1914 designer cottage with three king bedrooms and 2 baths, and it sleeps 6. It has an updated kitchen, 65-inch TVs, a piano and a record player, plus a big front porch. The fully fenced backyard has a small deck, string lights and a saucer swing. There's also an EV charger and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Designer Walkable Historic is a 1925 designer cottage on a peaceful street, with two king bedrooms and 1 bath, and it sleeps 4. It's a fit for a small family or a couple's trip. It has an 85-inch TV, an office space, a screened porch with a porch swing, and a big fenced backyard with a deck and string lights. A travel crib is available.
Planning tips for a group stay
- Match the home to the head count. Each listing's maximum occupancy is the most guests the home can be booked for. Check it before you book.
- Kids: children are welcome at five of the six homes. New Architectural Dream is the exception.
- Pets: all six Cooper Young homes welcome pets.
- Check-in: the two townhomes, New Architectural Dream and Designer Walkable Historic list self check-in with a smart lock. Each listing page shows its check-in method.
- Parking: the townhomes have garages, Cooper Young 1901 has off-street parking, and every home lists free parking.
- Cancellation: 100% refund more than 45 days before arrival, 50% more than 7 days before, and no refund within 7 days. There's a 24-hour free-cancellation grace period if arrival is at least 10 days away.
