Rather than a grassy backyard, this property has an historic carriage house at the back. This is a separate rental property that utilitizes the right side of the carport parking area.
This is a city location. There is rush hour traffic noise. While we provide sound machines in the bedrooms, please do not stay if it is hard for you to feel at home in an urban environment.
Finally, this house is over 110 years old. We've done extensive renovations on the house, but we are not billionaires. The house has a brand new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, brand new fence and gated parking, state of the art zoned HVAC system, etc. But it is still not new construction. If you need a perfect new build, please look elsewhere. If a charming experience is what you seek - you'll love our space.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 10 days away at time of booking.
