When you wake up and step into the brand new kitchen, the open shelving and open layout beckon you to step into another great day in Memphis. The energy of this space is dialed in to perfection.
We saved this incredible Hoppe king bed from Atlanta and transported here to the Grind City to bring some authentic scandinavian swagger to your stay. The master with ensuite is a zen getaway and this king bed is the centerpiece.

Holly had all the ideas to make this kitchen flow and feel so much better, particularly switching to a counter-depth fridge and taking down several sets of upper cabinets to introduce some lighter open shelving

Renovated Mid Century Modern ranch with 3 bedrooms, 2 all-new bathrooms, and beautiful & functional new kitchen. Centrally-located in the Colonial Acres neighborhood. Drive 5 minutes to the U of M, Target, or Gus's Fried Chicken. Bike to Botanic Gardens, 14 minutes to Graceland, 11 minutes to the airport, and 18 minutes to Beale St. Crazy nice 65" 4K TV in living area for when you need to stay in. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing morning light and helps you start off each day right! :) TV in master!

Welcome to a true home-away-from-home! Modern design and open plan living make this the ultimate recharge spot for your Memphis adventures. Cook up breakfast in the morning light and sit at the Virgil Abloh mid century table in front of the picture window! Ride your bike to the botanic gardens or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck in the morning and Wiseacre for brews in the evening. You will be staying in our welcoming modern home in the centrally located Colonial Acres neighborhood. Our home is nestled on a quiet cove in a peaceful old neighborhood in the middle of Memphis.

We renovated this cozy 1957 mid-century ranch as a marriage between scandinavian minimalism and the traditional midtown ranch. The three comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful respite with the comfiest mattresses, big windows, a closet space for your luggage and privacy blinds. The whole house is your oyster; we especially recommend the back deck, a cool hangout space for winding down with a stiff drink around the fire or for sipping your morning cuppa joe. Speaking of that cuppa, I've worked as a cafe consultant and we've acquired a small cafe's worth of coffee gear in the home (see pictures). Enjoy your favorite brew and crush the day.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 10 days away at time of booking.
